4. Payments & Billing

Advertising spend is separate from service fees
Clients remain responsible for third-party platform costs

5. Advertising Platforms
Arise may manage campaigns on third-party platforms including but not limited to:
Meta
TikTok
YouTube
Klaviyo
Email and SMS service providers
We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, account restrictions, disabled ad accounts, rejected ads, or interruptions caused by third-party platforms.

6. No Guarantees
While Arise aims to improve business growth, visibility, leads, and revenue, we do not guarantee:
Specific revenue increases
Return on ad spend (ROAS)
Lead volume

Past results do not guarantee future performance.

7. Client Responsibilities

8. Intellectual Property

Lost profits or revenue
Advertising losses
Data loss
Platform account suspensions
Business interruption
Third-party software failures
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid to Arise during the previous 30 days.

11. Termination
